The older I get, the more I realize what really matters in life.
things you don’t point out about people:
- acne
- cuts
- Scars
- body hair in places you’re not used to it being???
- fat rolls/curves
- how much/how little they’re eating
- how skinny they are/what bones they can see because of how skinny they are
- How fat they are.
- If they have crooked or misaligned teeth maybe even yellowed
- If they sweat a lot

I’ve found that growing up means being honest. About what I want. What I need. What I feel. Who I am.
Maybe you just have to live for the small things, like being called pretty or someone picking up the pen you dropped or laughing so hard that your stomach hurts. Maybe that’s all that really matters at the end of the day.
Hang in there. It is astonishing how short a time it can take for very wonderful things to happen.
